Extensive Web-based support
Online technologies are shown on our product websites to give customers access to information, so they have the opportunity to try themselves to solve the technical problems they may encounter. Included in technical support: Product Detailed Descriptions, Product Manuals, Frequently Asked Questions section, updates to and upgrades of previously purchased products and services, patches and fixes.
E-mail
E-mail requests are treated first. We try to answer to our customers as quickly as possible.
Phone
Depending on contract conditions, phone support is provided either during business hours, or 24 hours a day. Different options can be discussed with the customer.
